this release is just some improvements for the wad browser.

the window is resizeable

can read the title and titleid from the wad

can read stuff from the files

     -check if sound is bns or not(will return wave if LZ77 compressed)

     -check if banner and icon.bin is LZ77 compressed

     -more it can also replace more files(the .app's exept 00.app)

faster repacking

some gui changes for better compatibility(not see-able)

and i made the sound player its own gui!

i also made a sound.bin unpacker that works on the sound.bin's from wadder 2.X

new sound
